Modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art technology

Laborsan Agro's new CTIS has a state-of-the-art infrastructure made up of six specialized environments:

  • Applications and Innovations Center: dedicated to seed treatment and conducting experiments to apply new technologies.
  • Planting Simulation Center: allows the fluidity and plantability of seeds to be assessed under different conditions.
  • Advanced Analysis Room: equipped with state-of-the-art technology for more complex analysis of the quality of treated seeds.
  • Seed Analysis Room: to assess the physiological quality of seeds, germination and vigor tests are mainly carried out.
  • Climate-controlled seed storage: preserves samples in ideal conditions to maintain their quality.
  • Administrative area: manages laboratory operations and research coordination.

In addition to the physical structure, the laboratory has state-of-the-art equipment, such as dust measurement systems, fluidity and plantability sensors, seed treatment machines and microscopic analysis technologies. These resources guarantee precision, efficiency and safety in the development of new solutions.

Commitment to sustainability

Sustainability is one of Laborsan Agro's pillars, and the new CTIS reinforces this commitment by developing ecological solutions that minimize environmental impacts.

The laboratory invests in improving its formulations to ensure greater adherence of the treatments to the seeds, reducing dust emissions and minimizing the leaching of products into the soil and water. These practices are part of an ongoing effort to combine high performance and environmental responsibility in the agricultural sector.

"We are investing heavily in solutions that combine efficiency and respect for the environment. Our goal is to offer increasingly sustainable products, without compromising the effectiveness of Seed Treatment," says Letícia Azevedo, Research and Innovation Coordinator at Laborsan Agro.
