Laborsan Agro, recognized for its commitment to sustainable practices and social responsibility, was honored to be one of the official supporters of the National Congress on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) 2025, one of the largest events on sustainability and ESG practices in Latin America.
Laborsan Agro gave two talks during the event. Deise Arruda, Management & People Manager at Laborsan Agro and Alvaro Azevedo, Environment and Safety Manager at LongPing High-Tech - Laborsan Agro's guest speaker - brought important reflections on the subject of Environmental Education and its role in the ESG scenario, reinforcing the importance, benefits and challenges of environmental education in companies.
About the event
The National ESG Congress is one of the most important events for the advancement of ESG and Sustainability practices in Latin America.
With the aim of driving a more responsible and sustainable future, it brought together business leaders, government officials and experts from various sectors to discuss innovative practices and the implementation of sustainable strategies.
In addition, the edition is positioned as the main pre-COP 30 meeting, establishing an important platform for sharing and promoting global solutions to environmental, social and economic challenges.
With the central theme "Visionary Leadership - Connecting Sustainability, Diversity and Artificial Intelligence", the congress addressed key issues such as:

- Social inclusion and mental health;
- Diversity and artificial intelligence applied to ESG;
- Corporate transparency and sustainable investments.
