Laborsan Agro wins 3rd place in the 4th Planeta Campo Award, from Canal Rural

Laborsan Agro was recognized as one of the companies that most stands out in promoting sustainable practices in Brazilian agribusiness. The company won 3rd place in the Agroindustry category of the 4th Planeta Campo Award, an initiative by Canal Rural that recognizes organizations that combine productivity, innovation, and sustainability in the field.

The awards, held in 2025, recognize rural producers and agribusinesses of different sizes that adopt responsible environmental and social practices, encouraging sustainable development in the sector. In the TOP 3 of the agribusiness category, Laborsan Agro shared the podium with Nestlé and Elanco Saúde Animal.

Based in Diadema (SP), with national and international operations, Laborsan Agro has almost 30 years of experience, specializing in the development and commercialization of technologies for the agribusiness input sector, such as polymers and drying powders, binders and pastes, adjuvants, and others. ESG principles are a fundamental part of its business model, and there are several advances that prove this statement. In the recent past alone, the company has reduced greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by around 19% and class I waste by almost 17%. It has also launched the biodegradable polymer Labfix G5 Eco, obtained national and international certifications, and published its Sustainability Report, following GRI standards.

Winning the 4th Planeta Campo Award reaffirms Laborsan Agro's commitment to contributing to a more sustainable, innovative agribusiness that is prepared for the challenges of the future, generating value for customers, partners, and the entire production chain.

The recognition was celebrated in the presence of CEO, Francisco Albuquerque, and Quality Leader , João Vitor Sousa, who received the award certificate (photo below).
